Our Wheat is NON-GMO, from our own seeds and organic.It is ideal to germinate and consume in salads and stir-fries or let it grow for about ten days until the leaves measure a few centimeters (as if they were grass), we cut them and put them through the blender, we will obtain a green juice full of micronutrients of which many people need.
