Soy Flour is made with NON-GMO soybeans, harvested on our farm and processed entirely in our stone grinding plant, it has NOP certification by OIA. We decided a couple of years ago to incorporate NON-GMO (non-genetically modified) soybeans, due to their benefits in helping the soil to fix nitrogen naturally. It is a flour highly appreciated for its high nutritional content, it has high quality proteins, essential amino acids, it is a product that strengthens the preparations of milanesas, puddings, cakes, legume burgers, etc. Fincas el Paraíso foods are noble, truly delicious, rich in nutrients, agroecological, 100% natural and suitable for vegans.
