Noelia Prieto and Gonzalo Rondini, co-founders of Fincas el Paraíso, have been leading an interdisciplinary team for over 8 years.
The challenge of producing healthy foods, of reviving old recipes in the field and in the kitchen to promote the human development of communities, motivated them to create Fincas el Paraíso with a dynamic and bold approach, optimizing the value of natural resources and the people who want to work connected to the land. In each work area, we meticulously care for each stage of the process to guarantee high-quality, healthy foods with high nutritional value.

We leased the first 50 hectares in the city of Trenque Lauquen.
