Fincas el Paraíso Whole Wheat Rye Flour is obtained by grinding the whole grain of rye by hand using the stone grinding system, achieving a flour rich in nutrients and with a unique texture. Made with rye harvested on our farm and processed in our stone grinding plant. Organic and Agroecological Certification.
A highly protein flour, rich in vitamins B1, B6, phosphorus and manganese. Ideal for preparing rye flour sourdough, achieving very aromatic breads with denser crumbs than wheat ones. They are preserved very well thanks to the fact that this cereal absorbs a lot of water.
